Education: Law degree: Università degli Studi di Roma "La Sapienza" (cum laude), 1979. Scuola Superiore della Pubblica Amministrazione (Postgraduate School for Public Administration) scholarship winner (1980). He was admitted to the Bar Association of Rome in 1983. Legally qualified to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (Supreme Court) and other high courts. Lecturer in bankruptcy, corporate and media law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rome "La Sapienza". Lecturer at the Post-Graduate School for Legal Professions of the Faculty of Law of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", (2001- )
   
Experience: Is legal counsel for a leading public Institution. Appointed member of Boards of Arbitration and legal counsel in arbitration proceedings. Administrative Advisor for the Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri (1982-1983).
Former member of the Board of Directors of the Telemontecarlo Group. Presently Secretary of the Board of Directors of Coni Servizi s.p.a.
